Amsterdam Tour Packages
amsterdam tour packages
Going to Amsterdam..couple ?’s..?
My boyfriend and I are planning our trip to Amsterdam for June 2007. I just had a couple of questions.. Is June a good time to go..??.. we’re buying a tour package,so all we’ll need is some money for eating and shops, and maybe a few clubs at night…but .. What is a safe amount of money to bring with us for eating,shopping,etc..? .. I’m not sure if its expensive over there or not.. I dont wanna only bring 500 dollars and not have any money for anything…we’re staying there for 6 nights… Thanks..
I would say bringing 500 dollars/euros cash would probably not be a great idea… I would suggest bringing 200 cash and using your plastic for anything extra… Most restaurants and shops will accept credit cards (visa/master/aex) and there’s ATM’s all over the place…
The weather could be great in june (between 25 and 35 centigrade) or it could rain continuously… no way to tell until next june…
Depending on your habits, clubbing will cost you between 50 and 100 euros a night per person, could be more if you drink a lot, could be less if you don’t…
Restaurants range from 20 to 40 euro per person roughly, but of course there’s exceptions…
My personal opinion; Try The Hague (Den Haag) instead of Amsterdam… Same pretty old buildings, great museums and shops, BETTER and cheaper restaurants, but less clubs… I think Amsterdam is an overpriced tourist trap….
Any recommendation on a Europe tour package?
I’m planning to go for a Europe tour at the end of this month which including Belgium, Amsterdam, France, and Italy. Does anyone know which website that have good price on Europe package which include accomodation and transportation? Thanks.
A trafalgar tour is always good.
Contiki is another good one or Insight.
